My store is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you.

PURCHASES
The Look Out Bolo web store aims to provide high quality handmade bolo ties to you, the consumer. Purchases made on this website are for the personal or gift use of the purchaser only. Re-sale, commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit is prohibited. Additionally, no Look Out Bolo products may be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
I reserve the right not to accept your order if I am unable to obtain authorization for your payment. I also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at my sole discretion. I strive to keep your orders as well as payments as secure as I can, however, in the case of third party unauthorized access to any customer data, I will not be held responsible for any loss on your side.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

PRICES
All prices in the Look Out Bolo web shop are listed in US Dollars. However, shipping costs are not included in the price, but calculated as an extra charge upon checkout. All prices are subject to change at any time.
Prices for my products and services are subject to change without notice. I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Please note that I have made every effort to render product information and colors accurately. However, due to the various displays and color capabilities of computer monitors, the color and/or representation might not be exactly the same as the actual item. I cannot be responsible for the color accuracy of your computer monitor.
